Once a claim is filed, we contact the insured within 2 hours and inspect the property within 48 hours.

We document our findings and submit a repair estimate directly to PURE.

Once approved, that estimate becomes the insured’s scope of work. The only out-of-pocket costs are the deductible and any upgrades selected. Pure pays us directly, keeping the process straightforward for the homeowner.

Project Timeline Overview

Here is what you can expect throughout your Pure Insurance project with Elite Construction Solutions:

We will inspect your property on behalf of Pure Insurance and identify any covered repairs needed. You are in good hands from the very first visit.

We will prepare a thorough, carrier-compliant estimate within a few days of your inspection. Some estimates may take up to five days depending on material specifications — we want to make sure everything is accurate before it goes to Pure.

Pure Insurance will review the estimate and make their coverage determination. We will keep you informed throughout this process.

Once coverage is confirmed, we will meet with you to finalize your material selections, colors, required paperwork, and any necessary permits. This is your opportunity to ask questions and make sure everything is exactly how you want it.

Work begins as soon as materials are available and permits are approved. Our crews work efficiently and with minimal disruption to your daily routine.

When the project is complete, we will walk the property with you, take completion photos, and make sure you are fully satisfied with the work before we consider the job done.

You will receive a Customer Satisfaction Form to confirm the project meets your expectations. Pure Insurance typically pays Elite directly — in some cases, payment may be issued to you first, and we will guide you through that process if needed.
