Acquires Reimagine Roofing
Elite Construction Solutions (ECS), a family of established regional brands, specializing in roofing, siding, window and gutter replacement, recently acquired Reimagine Roofing. The acquisition immediately expands ECS’s resources throughout the Southwest, Southeast and Northeast, where it will offer best-in-class exterior general contracting services. In addition to its strategic geographic footprint, Reimagine brings Elite a truly cutting-edge customer focused approach to retail exterior sales. This acquisition will rapidly expand untapped retail sales opportunities in Elite’s existing markets as well as new markets greenfield markets in the years to come. This acquisition also allows Reimagine to fully leverage ECS’s resources and continue to expand its growing brand and footprint.
